ABOUT DAVID

My story is constantly changing, but here’s the gist:

I left my corporate marketing job in 2015.

I gave up alcohol, read some insightful books, and hiked 2,650 miles across the country on the Pacific Crest Trail.

I wrote my first book, The Trail Provides, detailing the thru-hiking experience.

After the trail, I attended my first vipassana meditation retreat and learned about the root of suffering.

In 2019, I traveled to Nepal to live with a wise spiritual teacher. My second book, True Nature, is about this experience.

Today, I create for seekers looking inward.

Here’s what I’m up to right now.

If this path resonates with you, I send infrequent insightful email updates. Join now, it’s my favorite way to stay in touch:

You can also find me on Instagram and Facebook. I’d love to hear from you and walk this path together.

If you could only read one piece of my work, check out my post on understanding the root of suffering:

May you be happy and content in this moment. Cheers!

Love,

David
