I believe we are vessels through which things flow (ideas, art, language, energy, love). My job is to get out of the way of that process. Since I tend to hold onto creative material, which bottlenecks my process from unfolding effectively, this is my offering and practice to rid myself of perfection, the fear of not being enough, and an attachment to outcome over process.
